WHEN TALENT MEETS OPPORTUNITY

BECOME A CORPORATE PARTNER

EMERGE empowers and prepares high-performing students from underserved communities to attend and graduate from selective colleges and universities across the nation.

EMERGE builds personalized partnerships with local and national companies to help create and place a pipeline of exceptional diverse talent, inspire deeper employee engagement, and raise visibility as a socially conscious company. These powerful partnerships allow our EMERGE students to have equitable access to meaningful careers through experiences that are foundational to their professional development and social capital.

THE CHALLENGE

Across the nation, exceptional students from under-resourced backgrounds have unequal access to the nation’s most selective colleges and universities. Bridging the gap not only levels the playing field for all students, but strengthens our ability to tackle tomorrow’s challenges.

In the United States,

25%

of high-achieving students from low-income communities apply to the nation's most selective colleges and universities.

Only

13%

of students from Houston's low-income communities earn a post-secondary degree within ten years of graduating from high school.

OUR PARTNERSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES

Our corporate partners make an annual philanthropic contribution to support EMERGE's ongoing commitment to Houston's most underserved students. The contribution could be from the company directly, from an associated corporate foundation, a personal gift by company leadership, or raised through an employee giving campaign.

We are incredibly grateful to our professional leaders and our Board of Directors who commit their time, network, and resources to helping EMERGE open doors for our students.

Below are partnership opportunities, customized depending on the level at which companies partner with EMERGE.
